The Transaction Audit Log report lists all transactions for a “user-specified” date range that meet the selection criteria entered by the user. This report includes ALL transactions, including changed and deleted transactions, so that management or an auditor can track every financial transaction that was ever entered into the system by user ID and by the exact date and time the transaction was entered. Optional selection criteria includes:
Ø Transaction Category – user can select either Charge, Payment, Adjustment, or ALL (ALL is the default).
Ø Transaction Type – user can select either Add, Change, Delete, or ALL (ALL is the default).
Ø Transaction Code – user can select an individual transaction code ONLY if the Transaction Category selected is Charge, Payment, or Adjustment. Note that this will limit the report to just the single transaction code selected.
Ø Employee – user can select an individual user ID (employee) which will limit the report to transactions entered by the selected employee ONLY.
