Data Architects is dedicated to solving overtime equalization and scheduling issues using our proprietary
software solutions. Overtime Equalization, as incorporated into our OverTime Tracking (OTT) System, ensures
that each employee within a "targeted" group, receives the same opportunity to work overtime assignments as
they are being offered by Supervisory personnel. The Overtime Scheduling process will always select the first,
most senior, "qualified" employee with the least amount of overtime offered "to-date" for each upcoming
overtime opportunity.
The OTT system encompasses numerous "add-on" modules which can be purchased separately or can be incorporated into the base system configuration as your corporate needs dictate. Some of these "add-on" modules are listed along the right-hand side of this screen.
